About the Design:
The reaper graphic repurposed for the back print on this shirt was created by an unknown IWW artist for an article about the Economics of Fascism in the April 1937 issue of The One Big Union Monthly.

The article was written while Hitler, Mussolini, and Franco consolidated their power over Western Europe with the help of American and British bank loans.

It addresses many of the issues inherent to the capitalist economic model, and calls attention to how these systems support militant nationalism. It remains relevant today to anyone with even a minimal interest in international relations, history, or the labor movement.
