Production, Ordering, and Shipping

Q: Why preorder?

A: Preorders are the only way I can afford to produce products. Like most other creators, I have bills to pay. Running a preorder gives me the funds necessary to get the production process started without risking my rent payment. It also helps me figure out how many of each size/style to order.

Q: Do you have any leftovers?

A: If you don’t see them on the site, I am sold out.

Q: I want something that’s sold out. Can you make more?

A: If there is demand, I may re-run a design with some minor alterations. I don’t believe in creating “artificial scarcity,” by limiting the number of items I make, but I do want my supporters to have unique items, so I generally won’t do an exact reprint. I don’t have a lot of storage space, so I can’t keep boxes of unsold items lying around.

Q: What kind of blanks do you use, and how do they fit?

A: All listings include the style they are printed on. I use Union Made in the US garments whenever possible. You can find sizing charts here

Q: Who produces your products?

A: Shirts are screen printed by Awesome Dudes Printing in Philadelphia, PA and No Sweat Apparel. Hats are custom embroidered by Panther Printing in New Jersey. Stickers & Magnets are printed by StickerMule. Zines are printed by Campus Copy in Philadelphia, PA.

Q: How do you ship your products?

A: Stickers, magnets, and paper goods are shipped in an envelope via standard stamped USPS mail. Apparel items ship in a poly bag via USPS First Class mail, which is priced by weight. Multiple items ordered together ship in a poly bag if possible, or in a flat-rate USPS box.

Q: How long do items take to arrive?

A: In-stock items generally ship via USPS same or next day, and arrive in 3-7 days. If you placed a preorder, it may be as long as 6 weeks. This may vary based on supply availability, as well as the number of other orders my printers are working on. Please read listings carefully for expected delivery timeframes.

Q: Where is my order?

A: Please check the tracking information sent to you via email. Delivery via USPS generally takes 4-7 days from when I drop your item at the post office.

Q: Can I purchase an item in volume?

A: Yes! Please contact me via this form

Designs

Q: Who makes your designs?

A: I make all of my digital designs. My partner is a professional artist who helps me with traditional media (painting, drawing, etc.)

Q: What’s with all the Union stuff?

A: Check out the listing for Volume 1 of They Say Love Your Brother. You can read a digital version for free here. Here is a document where I have compiled some articles from around the web you may also wish to read.

Q: I have an idea. Can you make it for me?

A: Potentially. I am open to taking commissions or making custom orders, but only if it’s something I feel I have the time or capability to do.

Q: Will you collaborate on a design or trade shirts/stickers with me?

A: Probably! Get in touch.
